What are the most important literary elements in a story to you?
I believe the most important element is Character in my opinion. Without character there is no story. If the character is not there there is no story, mood, personality. The story without the character is just the setting. There is no one to progress the story it is just an empty plain.
I believe the second most important element is the Setting. If there is no setting the character has no where to go in the story. There is also no mood or atmosphere. The character can't have feelings because the is what the setting is. All the character is without the setting is his appearence.
Harper I think that this was a great post. I agree that character is very important but I think setting is the most important, but thats just me.

ReplyDeleteI mean of course it's character, there is no story or plot or setting without the characters of a story. Nice ideas!
